Chartered Management Luxembourg Sarl is a fully owned subsidiary of Chartered Investment Germany GmbH who is a Capital-Markets-as-a-Service company which offers services in the capital markets business. These include the areas of development, securitization, distribution and management of product and index solutions, whereby we place particular emphasis on co-creation with our clients. Our clients include global investment banks, asset managers and family offices. Since 2013, we have been launching complex investment solutions and acting as an innovation leader to make alternatives investable. Chartered Investment is based in Düsseldorf and as part of the Chartered Group benefits from a worldwide network. This consists of a global group of banks and financial service providers with various locations worldwide.
Your tasks
• Day-to-day accounting & Assistance to senior team members in the framework of the audit
• Assistance to senior team members for the preparation of the BCL reports and Annual Accounts
• Operational execution of processes with regard to payments, fees, reconciliations, monitoring
• Error-free, timely and conscientious processing of internal and external ad-hoc tasks and requests
• Communication with third parties and administrations
Your profile
• At least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience
• Fluent in English - French and/or German will be a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Detail oriented
